🏋️♂️ What types of training do you offer?
I offer personal training in three formats:
Personal Training – One-on-one sessions from my fully equipped home gym in Kyle, TX.
In-Home Personal Training – I bring the workout to you, tailored to your space and equipment.
Remote Programming – Custom fitness plans you can follow on your own schedule, with full coaching support and accountability.
💪 Is the training personalized to me?
Yes! Every program is built specifically for your body, goals, schedule, and lifestyle. Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger, move better, or train for a specific goal — it's built for you.
⏰ How long are the sessions?
Most in-person sessions run 50–60 minutes, depending on your needs. Remote programs are structured around your availability and come with clear guidance for time and intensity.
📅 What’s your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule in-person sessions. Cancellations within that window may result in a forfeited session. Emergencies are always handled with understanding.
📍 Where are you located? Do you travel?
I'm based in Kyle, TX, just outside of Austin. I offer mobile training within a reasonable radius. Not sure if you're in range? Just reach out and ask!
💻 What does remote coaching include?
Remote clients receive:
A personalized training plan
Video demos + form checks
Regular progress check-ins
Messaging and feedback for ongoing support
💰 What are your rates?
Rates vary depending on the service (in-person vs. remote) and frequency of sessions. Contact me directly for package options and custom plans that fit your goals and budget. Also be sure to check out the pricing page.
🧠 Do I need experience to start?
Not at all! Whether you're brand new to fitness or have years of training under your belt, I’ll meet you where you’re at and guide you from there.
📋 Do you provide nutrition coaching?
While I don’t offer full-scale nutrition services, I’ll absolutely help with basic guidance, habits, and accountability around eating to support your fitness and energy goals.
